For those not familiar, Cyclocross is basically a form of cycling for sadists. A cross between road racing and mountain biking, CC enthusiast navigate their way across hilly, mountainous, wooded, muddy, obstacle-filled, uneven and unfriendly ground, pushing their bikes to the limit and dismounting when necessary to race on foot. Particularly popular in Europe, these adrenaline fiends now have some smart kit designed specifically for the sport. A shoe collaboration with Giro featuring a carbon outsole and tough cleats for running is the star of the show, all-black with hints of Rapha blue, its fellow collection pieces take a more outlandish color route. Two slim, lightweight, breathable, anti-bacterial jerseys sit alongside merino scarves, tees and socks designed for bike and non-bike moments, in a loud diamond pattern. Find the line here.

Rapha commemorate their 10-year anniversary of their Tour de France Kings of Pain exhibition with a collection of special cycling gear. Consisting of two classic favorites and two new additions, collection features a cap, jersey, bottle opener and zip case, each bearing symbols of the six original Kings of Pain riders. Be part of the spirit of road racing by shopping the collection here, with prices ranging from $50 for a bottle opener to $220 for jerseys.

Rapha joins forces with the American typography designers at House Industries to bring us the Tour of California 2014 caps. Each cap is designed to honour a stage of the gruelling bicycle adventure across the Golden State, featuring unique colorways and a newly developed font family entitled Vélo. To get your hands on one of these bad-boys, head to the sidelines of the race and hunt down the Rapha Mobile Cycle Club. We say it’s worth the trek. Check them out in the gallery.

Rapha give us a look inside their new exhibition celebrating the incredible history of world famous cyclist, Greg LeMond. The New York retail/gallery space hosts an extensive collection ranging from jerseys, gloves and magazine covers to actual championship cycles and medals. LeMond is the only American rider to (legally) win the Tour de France, and did so three times. The amount of rare items on display is mind-blowing — cyclist or not, we definitely suggest a visit to the space to have a look at sporting history. Open through March 16.
