Only BMX street master Tyrone Williams can make this chunk of metal look so weightlessly cool. Weighing in at more than 40 pounds, Citi Bikes are the Citibank-branded two-wheelers of New York City’s bike sharing program. They’re heavy, slow, and quickly becoming the vehicle of choice for non-experienced bike riders around the city – take that as you will. In any case, ANIMAL teamed up with New York compatriot Animal Bikes to prove that even a Citi Bike can perform with the right rider. This reel showcases Williams doing BMX tricks on one of the 4,000 standard issued blue bikes about the city, and it looks pretty nifty. Enjoy the video above.
