Last July, the saddle specialists at Brooks England teased us with a preview of their collaboration with Levi’s Commuter. The fruits of their labor finally released last week in the form of a saddle made with recycled denim, a limited-edition version ofBrooks’ classic Cambium C17.

Part of a social project that reaches out to urban commuters, the numbered piece is manufactured from donated denim collected from Levi’s Commuter Workspaces in Brooklyn, Los Angeles and London. It’s constructed by the same vulcanization techniques used to produce the comfortable, durable and waterproof Cambium C17 original.

The Limited Edition Cambium C17 Denim Saddle is currently available exclusively at the B1866 flagship store in London as well as online for $274. “Denim never dies,” indeed.
