Because, why not? Coolhuntingget a first look as New Balance Japanese design manager Shugo Moritani impresses with another innovative project, this time pairing up with urban cycling companyTokyoBike. The exclusive C-Series (CM600C, CT700C and 996C) models line up with the CS Model bikes, designed specifically for this collaboration, in the two matching tones.

“We had a clear goal to achieve in designing the C-Series, which was to create a new footwear collection that suited daily fashion and lifestyle while also being a functional urban cycling shoe.” The New Balance footwear pieces sport bike-friendly details including ankle straps, reflective patches, secret pockets to protect the laces and cork footbeds to absorb moisture, keeping your shoes feeling fresh throughout your journey.
