Back on the bike as we look at yet another new build inspired by a more powerful relative, this time from Italian firm Leaos. Rather like the Cafe Racer-esque Viks we showcased yesterday, the Leaos carbon fiber electric 2.0 bike looks to the Vespa for design cues. Designed for everyday urban use, the carbon monocoque body (described as “self-supporting”), solid and relatively lightweight, holds a 10 level mid-engine and a rechargeable and removable 11.6Ah battery, while the handlebar offers a digital display and a powerful LED light from German manufacturer Supernova. Sold in two versions, the 25-km/h model allows you to ride without a license plate or insurance, while its big 45-km/h brother is classified as a moped.
