Korean contemporary menswear brand Bike Repair Shop opens its first flagship store in Seoul. Already sold in over 80 stores worldwide, the label which was launched byBEANPOLE in 2012 sets its five-story standalone in the heart of Hongdae, the region’s “Street of Youth.” The unique natural wood paneling on the building’s exterior is consistent with the brand’s casual and sporty aesthetic. The name “Bike Repair Shop” is a play on parent brand BEANPOLE’s bicycle logo and means to decompose and recombine (re+pair) elements of traditional menswear.
