松山菸廠是全亞洲最大的捲菸廠，其建築風格屬於「日本初現代主義」，風格簡潔典雅，面磚、琉璃及銅釘均為特別訂作的建材，十分精細，堪稱當時工業廠房之楷模。

這樣絕代風華的建築物，經過專攻建築的徐明松老師詳細解說，大家都能輕易認識簡潔典雅的日本初現代主義建築及高貴華麗的巴洛克式庭園，見證屬於那些年的輝煌時代。
